All stations were not created equal. Most are 50% ones, this is the good ones, but there are ones with lower yields too. http://evemaps.dotlan.net/system/Hampinen there you can see one station having only 32% refinery for example.

I dont think any serious industrialist would produce T2 if it wasnt decent profit. If some item is not profitable, people dont make it, then it gets rare due to low supply and price increases.

Like in real life (tm) i like to have these different haulers with their "free" low/rigslots. The ammohauler is bit too much though rest are fine. Bugsy had great extra ideas for the missing types though.
